EHS Senior, Maria Christopoulos was recognized as one of the youth ambassadors who is making a huge impact right here in West Michigan! Maria was honored on National Philanthropy Day as “Outstanding Youth in Philanthropy”. Maria is president of the 130-member Kids’ Food Basket Club, co-captain of the Girls’ Varsity Rowing team, vice president of National Honor Society, and active in DECA, student council and her church youth groups. Her leadership has helped raise thousands of dollars and pounds of food for Kids’ Food Basket, and she is committed to raising awareness about childhood hunger.
